Nexus Workforce, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Contractor to support payment coordination for Nexus Workforce, LLC, with U.S. clients.

In this role, you will assist with the collection, tracking, and coordination of authorized client payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reporting. You will operate under clear company instructions and established internal controls, with no discretionary authority over funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receipt of authorized client payments through approved channels
  • Track and document receivables accurately
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices or balances per company procedures
  • Record all activity in the company's reporting system
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues as required
Contractor Status
  • This is a W-9 independent contractor role
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and filings
  • No employee benefits or withholdings are provided
Compensation
$2,000 / month base

Fixed monthly base compensation

  • 5% commission on processed receivables

Nexus Workforce, LLC is seeking Field Data Collectors to serve as our eyes and ears on the ground — a vital link between global digital brands like Apple, Amazon, eBay, and Razer Gold and major retail environments.

Onboarding Phase

All selected candidates will receive an offer letter and go through the onboarding process before their first assignment.

Role Overview

  • Perform discreet visual audits of brand placements (Apple, Razer Gold, etc.) at retail sites.
  • Execute assigned 150-mile regional circuits visiting Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens locations.
  • Conduct test purchases to document activation speed, staff manner, and billing accuracy.
  • Securely upload field data reports and transaction receipts via the Nexus Workforce portal.
Compensation
$700 / completed task

Flat rate per verified 150-mile regional circuit

$100 / logistics stipend

Gas & travel funds with every purchase fund release
